英语晨读诗歌欣赏：旅途　　One day you finally knew
! S) K& p- k, c5 M- E　　what you had to do, and began,
7 `  T* C/ |4 k, r8 z　　though the voices around you
　　kept shouting
　　their bad advice--
1 n' q6 T# A4 f　　有一天，你终于知道，
+ [+ B# Q6 x  F/ X( g, q+ i　　什么是你必须得做，并开始去做，
　　虽然你周围的声音，
　　一直喊出，
　　其各种糟糕的建议——

　　at your ankles.

0 P4 M# i# I; I3 N　　each voice cried.
" T' v* n! m' {　　But you didn’t stop.
　　You knew what you had to do,
　　虽然整个房子，
5 P" D9 M- P% X! W& i　　开始颤抖，
( u$ k2 g+ Q/ d8 q1 e+ c) f　　你亦感到那条旧绳索，
" r5 I; K' H9 x% `　　绊住了你的脚踝。

　　每个声音都在哭喊。
　　但你并没停止。

　　though the wind pried
　　with its stiff fingers
　　at the very foundation
　　though their melancholy
　　was terrible.

. T' l9 z3 }; ^5 ^* V- N5 d　　enough, and a wild night,
0 }0 @/ m) W" d7 F/ G5 I$ y+ C　　and the road full of fallen
* B. V% i, P" l1 ?　　branches and stones.
: B' v; ]. Y2 x8 h4 S　　虽然风用它僵硬的手指，
　　直往根基，
　　撬捣，
9 D6 V) y& `& K/ S# Q1 I; g　　虽然它们的忧郁，
+ N$ g& e' a7 M2 n; v　　着实可怕。
# W5 y  A, D5 }, r$ g　　天色，
　　已经很晚，这是个疯狂的夜晚，
9 G0 v8 A$ p4 @2 Y: h9 |　　路上满是倒下的，
" L0 p2 v% p6 {$ @& {1 v　　断枝和石头。
　　But little by little,
　　as you left their voices behind,

  C- `  G/ V; R/ W5 U" N　　through the sheets of clouds
　　and there was a new voice
　　which you slowly
/ |+ F/ d- g  I7 x　　recognized as your own,
　　that kept you company
9 C+ K/ i) m/ O7 ]2 L: ?' C1 }' P6 a2 q　　as you strode deeper and deeper
2 F: o; r! r2 S8 X7 I( S! T　　into the world,
　　determined to do
　　the only thing you could do--
: P. Y( {, X4 g9 e' _" O　　determined to save
" s, z+ L/ N% b2 |　　the only life you could save.
